01 - RVLR - Scenes from the first railway - Northfield

Here is a photographic journey around the original RVLR (Rea Valley Light Railway) garden model narrow gauge railway set around Northfield Station. This first railway stood for more than 10 years. The varied stock is made up of what might have been found on the RVLR and most have been built by myself, some being modified kits and many being my own creations. The idea is to capture the magic of a small narrow gauge railway with stock that is reliable and rugged enough to operate outdoors all year round.
